Return Policy

We want you to LOVE your bag as much as we love making and carrying them! If you’re dissatisfied or don’t love your purchase, your unused bag can be returned within 30 days of your purchase! Return shipping is customer’s responsibility. Please email us to let us know that you are making a return so we can be on the lookout. Upon receipt and bag inspection, a full refund for your original bag + tax will be refunded to the original form of payment used.
