Every now and then in life, you meet a really inspiring person. My friend Nicole, who was born and raised in Hungry, possesses a unique and simple style. Everything about her is thoughtful and intentional. Her style, interior design and her cooking, reflects a unique and simple Hungarian flair. Nicole came to the United States as a teenager and brought with her not only her thick accent, but beautiful traditions and staple recipes as well. Her Parmesan-based house dressing is hands-down, one of my favorites. I’ve even made the dressing only to pour into a shallow dish so that I can soak it up with freshly baked sourdough bread!! Yep, I’m just that classy. Keepin’ it real. Enjoy this delicious staple in your recipe box!
